Leadership is Everywhere!

Leadership starts with self-awareness and can grow out from each individual’s desire and courage to influence others and affect positive change, both directly and indirectly. As participants in the LEAD program and as future business influencers, you have an opportunity to lead from any position within an organization.

How do you define/understand leadership?
